Background Story
Ivar the son of the famous Viking hero, Ragnar. In the history of Vikings, Ivar was a household name and a great leader. He was the most famous Viking and the strongest lord on the sea. In the eyes of the invaded, however, he was demon from hell.
Ivar led his army to get started from the land, then go to the sea via York. In order to take Dumbarton and capture tons of loots, he led the Vikings to drain the well. With little water to drink, the thirsty defenders surrendered in no more than four months. Not long after, however, they regretted their decision, as the entire castle was emptied and later levelled to the ground. With his curelty and strategy, Ivar won the battle.
After he returned to his capitol in Ireland, he received the title of "King of all Scandinavians in Ireland and Britain." The title, though long and awkward, showed the respect people have for him. As expected, Ivar outran his father and became the most prestigious man in Viking history.
